Many of our customers first found us in the Appendix of Nourishing Traditions, the seminal cookbook by Sally Fallon Morell that helped a generation of families return to traditional, nutrient-dense ways of eating.
That listing meant something then, and it means something now. It signaled that the products we carried met the standard set by the Weston A. Price Foundation: real food, prepared the way our grandparents prepared it, sourced from people who farm and ferment and culture and harvest with care.
