Green Pasture’s Skate Liver Oil is abundant in Vitamin A, D, E, K2, the full range of omega fatty acids, plus chondroitin, squalene, and alkoxglycerols. This Fermented Skate Liver Oil is lower in Vitamin A but higher in Vitamins D and E than cod liver oil. We get our skate livers from fish that have been exclusively wild-caught in the Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands region of Alaska.

Spicy Orange Liquid - Simply fermented skate liver oil flavored with organic orange oil, organic lemon oil and organic clove oil.
Non-Gelatin Capsules - Simply fermented skate liver oil and unbleached beeswax as a thickener. Capsules are made from plant cellulose.

Happy to get the capsules for my daughter. She actually is very touchy about tastes - broccoli, cabbage, milld salsa, everything is 'spicy' so she said the skate capsules and cod liver oil had a bad taste when I thought the cod liver oil tasted good. People have different sensitivities. But she is taking the skate oil capsules by putting them in a larger capsule (00 capsule). So, that is positive!

I have never been a fish person and I have no problems with the taste of this product. In fact I like it. And I never get the fish burps like you do with inferior products. I will continue to buy this (over FCLO).

I have to agree, this stuff does not taste bad at all. It has a mild orange spice flavor. I love it. I will continue to buy it!
