How do I use Ancient Minerals Goodnight Magnesium Lotion?
Rub 1ml (1 full press of the pump) thoroughly into clean skin, once daily, or as needed. Sensitive individuals may want to start with 1/2 pump and gradually work up to 1ml. Contains 3mg melatonin and 25mg elemental magnesium per 1 mL

Great magnesium lotion
I’ve been using this lotion for years. It absorbs quickly, no greasy feeling. Truly helps with nighttime cramping and helps me drift off to sleep. I know when I’ve forgotten to apply at bedtime! Great product.

I can see a difference
The melatonin is subtle and effective, and the magnesium I can taste in my mouth almost immediately after I put the lotion on my arms. I really like it and plan on buying it again. I do wish it came in larger quantities so I could use it for my whole family without running out in two weeks.
