This is a specially designed pH paper roll for testing urine. The majority of people are too "Acidic". Any sign of illness, disease, or pain is a sign that you are too Acidic. Regularly testing your saliva and urine with this pH litmus paper will give you an indication of the Acid/Alkaline balance of your body. All diseases thrive in an Acidic environment.

pH Range Indicator
Use this pH paper roll to test your urine first thing in the morning. Collect a small sample of your first-morning urine (midstream) in a clean cup. Break off a 2-inch piece of the pH litmus paper and dip it into the urine. Once your urine measures regularly in the alkaline range, you can begin to test the pH of your saliva.
The litmus paper will change colors to indicate your body's urine pH measurement. Compare it to the pH color chart that came with your pH paper roll. (The dry color of a pH strip can vary somewhat. However, when submerged in urine, it will accurately reflect the pH level.)
Urine pH level of 6.4 to 7.0 is preferred.
Urine Test ResultsGreen to Blue (6.4 to 7.0)................. Healthy
Light to dark green (5.5 to 6.4)........ Could develop disease
Yellow to light green (4.5 to 5.5)......... Disease may be present

Without regular intake of highly bio-available minerals, maintaining an ideal pH is impossible. To achieve optimal health, you must first establish or restore an ideal body tissue pH. This is best reflected by a first-morning urine pH of 6.4 to 7.0. Check your own pH simply with pH test strips.
