Return Policy

Return Policy - Before processing a return, you must contact Customer Service at 888-593-9595 Option 1 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit back to your credit card, whichever you prefer. You may be asked to hold on to the product/packaging while we file a claim with the shipper. Please contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery.

Ordered Wrong Product/Ordered In Error

We will gladly accept unopened/unused product returns within 30 days of purchase for a credit back to your credit card (minus a 10% restocking fee), or credit "on account" toward future purchases (no restocking fee). Shipping costs are not refundable or credited. You must call Customer Service prior to returning your item(s) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All return shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer.

Any package returned without a RMA will be refused.

Once a RMA has been issued, the return must reach our office within 14 days. Please allow 2-3 days to process your return once it has been received by our warehouse.

Please ensure that the items are packed properly. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot issue credit for any items damaged or lost during shipping.

Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Failure to do so could result in the package being refused.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for books, gift certificates and Natren products. For these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you return any items from an order that received Free Standard Ground shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error

Freshness and Quality are Guaranteed

We guarantee that all products will be of the highest quality and will never ship after their sell-by date.

We do not guarantee product taste. We offer many functional foods that deliver maximum nutrition; some of which do not taste great. And because everyone's taste buds are different, we cannot guarantee that a product's taste will be to your liking. For example, fermented cod liver oil is an artisan product and the taste/smell/consistency may vary from batch to batch. All opened products are not returnable.
