The System as a Whole
We bought the full system in 2019, had a plumber install it for us, and it was life changing. I remember drinking the water for the first time and became more thirsty, I had no idea my body was craving such pure water, it was impressive. For many years it was great, but for some reason, starting close to 2021, several parts started to break down, and the new parts looked different, so I'm not sure if they changed suppliers, but these new parts do not last as long. We practically replaced all the parts, with some parts being replaced multiple times all within a few months of each other. Truth be told, they were able to help us with support, and they did give us discounts on some parts, and shipped us parts for free if it was under warranty. The service is great, the water is loved, but this new manufacturer (if there is one) is not good quality, which is a shame, because the system is genius.

Good product with short life span. Perhaps a discount could be given when the filter only lasts a few months.
