The best tasting water and in the whole house now. I'm thrilled with how clean my ice and all the water tastes. It works so well with the whole house conditioner we installed. Flawless. Our plumber was very impressed with the quality of the water coming out as well. Thank you!

  • Great, but one problem

When my husband and I purchased our house, I knew I wanted to get a whole house filter to have clean bathing and drinking water. I heard about this filter on the Wellness Mama podcast. I looked around for other filters, but this one seemed to be the best. I haven't been able to yet, but I look forward to taking a bath and not having to worry about the chemicals in the water and absorbing into my skin. We also got the under the sink system for drinking and cooking and that water tastes great so far as well. BUT...if I were to do it all over again with what I know now, I would have the plumber install a brass valve on the part that collects the sediment. Our part cracked over night and I woke up to a basement full of water and it cost us $125 for them to fix it. If they were to put this in during installation, it wouldn't have cost us for a whole hour of their time when they came back out. Per Radiant Life, it was an issue with the plumbers installation, which I find hard to believe. The plumber is an 18 year veteran to the trade, the part is plastic. But, there is no way for me to know who is to blame here. This is the only reason I gave this filter four starts instead of five. Not faulting anyone about this, just wanted to share my experience.
