An Olive Oil for Special Occasions!
Grown on a small family farm in the Central Valley of California by an extended Italian family that moved to the US in the 1990s, Bariani olive oil is pesticide-free and packaged in a dark glass bottle to protect from oxidation.
Bariani olive oil starts its life not in the bottle or after the olive pressing but at the root of their trees. The Bariani family gives particular care to the entire extraction process from the tending of the orchard to the bottling of the oil, opting for quality rather than quantity. Their process of extraction is true to the origins and art of olive oil making. They will continue this millenary tradition for you to enjoy at your table.
This extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely from organic green olives harvested from their orchards in October. It is high in chlorophyll which explains its green color and grassy flavor. It is well balanced, robust but with an artichoke-grassy finish. Because green olives don't contain much olive oil, it is inevitably more expensive to produce. Perfect on mozzarella cheese, for bruschetta or on fresh seafood, it will certainly highlight any dish you prepare. This olive oil is available in limited quantity!

Amazing Olive Oil
I just tried the Bariani Early Harvest EVOO on my Greek salad today and it was amazing! So fresh and peppery and a great enhancement to my meal. Also great as a finishing oil in soup... I already love and enjoy Bariani 's regular EVOO but the Early Harvest brings it to a whole new level! I trust Bariani; as an olive oil snob, one can taste the care that went into cultivating, harvesting and bottling this pure liquid gold
